Each Employee is required to watch the WA State DSHS Mandatory Training for Contractors, take the exam, and give it to their supervisor by November 3 at 3:00 pm Also, read DDA Policy 6.08 and 5.13 and sign the Mandatory Reporting Acknowledgement Form
