Community Champions is all about connection, teamwork, and making a difference, together. This program brings participants together into the heart of the community, building lasting friendships through fun hands-on experiences with local police officers, firefighters, and other community heroes and friends. From lending a helping hand to delivering delicious snacks along the way. Community Champions is a place where relationships grow, confidence shines, and giving back feels good!

Location~ Richland Community Center
Community Champions will proudly meet at the Richland Community Center, a welcoming and accessible space at the heart of our local community. This beautiful location allows our participants to connect, socialize and engage in meaningful activities in a comfortable supportive environment. We are incredibly grateful to The City of Richland for allowing us a space to grow and thrive within our community.
We are also excited to partner with Meals on Wheels, creating opportunities for participants and MOW clients to build friendships and connections. Together we will host monthly bingo games that encourage laughter and friendships, one game and one smile at a time.
Our Activities
Community Champions is all about connection, contribution, and fun! Our mission is to get out into the Tri-Cities community, spreading awareness and giving our participants the opportunity to make a real impact. We plan to partner with our local fire stations, police departments, animal shelters, along with so many other wonderful organizations, helping our participants experience the excitement and fulfillment of giving back. But it’s not all work Community Champions is also about building friendships and enjoying life together, whether it’s catching a movie, going out to lunch, or sharing laughs at fun outings. Here, every day is a chance to make a difference in the Tri-Cities as well as create lasting memories.

BreAnna has been part of The Arc family for the past 10 years, where she has proudly led the VIP program with dedication, heart, and a deep belief in the potential of every participant. With nearly 20 years of marriage and two wonderful boys at home, family is at the center of everything she does both personally and professionally.
Now, BreAnna is excited to launch Community Champions, a new pilot program focused on connection, inclusion, and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals to engage, contribute, and thrive in the community she loves so much. Her passion is simple: building spaces where everyone belongs.
