Health and Safety
The Arc of Tri-Cities works to maintain a healthy and safe environment. The Arc of Tri-Cities requires all participants to stay home if they are feeling unwell. If any participant arrives while demonstrating symptoms of contagious illness, they must immediately return home. All staff personnel are required to follow these same guidelines.

Tyleen’s journey with The Arc of Tri-Cities began at just 15 years old, when she first became a volunteer. By age 16, she joined the summer program as staff and continued working with Partners N’ Pals throughout her high school years. After graduating, Tyleen provided one-on-one support through The Arc for several years before stepping away to focus on raising her family. When her children were old enough to volunteer and work with Partners N’ Pals, she encouraged them to get involved—continuing her family’s connection to The Arc’s mission. Five years ago, Tyleen returned to The Arc, working alongside her children and rediscovering her passion for service. Seeking a deeper connection, she transitioned into the Adult Day Program, where she quickly found her place.
