Supplemental Security Income - SSI

If your answer is "Yes" to either of these questions then you will want to know more about Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

Applying for a Child

To apply for a child, you can start the application online HERE or by calling the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213, or visiting their local office. 

If applying online, you must contact the Social Security Administration by phone or in person to complete the application process by calling 1-800-772-1213.

Once you apply, you will be contacted for an intake appointment.
